Shipping

Every order ships within 1 business day, tracked and insured door to door. You receive your tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves.

• United States: free on every order, 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 6 to 10 business days. Import duties, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

During peak weeks (Black Friday, the holidays, Lunar New Year) add 2 to 4 days.

Address errors, damaged and lost parcels

Check your address at checkout: we cannot change it once the parcel has left. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days past the delivery window, email contact@shogacare.com with your order number and we reship or refund, your choice.
