The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, even if the bars are gone
Shōga is a daily ritual, and the cement under your skin did not form in a month. So we do not ask you to judge it in one. Use every bar. Do the ritual. If after 90 days from delivery your legs do not feel lighter and your thighs do not look smoother, email us at contact@shogacare.com with your order number and we refund every dollar of your order.
How it works
- No photos, no return label, no questions. You keep whatever is left.
- The guarantee covers your first order of any size: 1, 3 or 6 bars.
- Write to us within 90 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- We confirm within 2 business days and refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Damaged, wrong or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, with the wrong items, or never arrives after the tracked delivery window, email us with your order number and a photo if you have one. We reship at our cost or refund in full, your choice.
Changes and cancellations
Orders are prepared within 1 business day. Email us right away to change an address or cancel; once the parcel is on its way, the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee takes over.
Bonuses
Free gifts and gift cards included with an order are not exchangeable for cash. If an order is refunded, the gift card attached to it is deactivated.
